Buxmont Academy is seeking a part-time Health & Physical Education Teacher for grades 7–12 at Woodlyn, PA. The role focuses on designing engaging, standards-based lessons in a restorative, supportive setting and requires PA teaching credentials or the ability to obtain them.

The position offers a 11:00 AM–3:00 PM Thursday/Friday schedule with a wage of $25.00 per hour, and the school supports staff development and a strong team approach.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health & Physical Education or related field.
• Certification: PA Teaching Certification or ability to obtain a private teaching certification.
• Experience: Prior experience teaching secondary school-aged students.
• Skills: Strong ability to adapt lessons and activities to diverse developmental statuses.
• Temperament: Excellent interpersonal skills with professionalism under pressure.
