Job summary

Lenus seeks a part‑time Assistant Coach to join our North America team. You will support coaches by delivering hands‑on coaching, managing client interactions, and upholding brand standards across multiple clients.

Responsibilities include end‑to‑end coaching tasks, calendar alignment with coaches, client support, renewals, and onboarding. A passion for health/fitness and bilingual English/Spanish fluency are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Must be a current resident of the listed US states and Canadian provinces.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality coaching to clients on behalf of Lenus coaches.
• Manage client interactions and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Coordinate with coaches to deploy templates and protocols.
• Handle client inquiries with timely responses as per SLAs.
• Support client renewals, cancellations, and upsell opportunities.
• Assist with onboarding and app navigation for clients.
