Job summary

Lenus is seeking a Part Time Assistant Coach to join our North America team, delivering hands-on coaching in alignment with our coaches’ standards. You will manage a subset of clients, ensuring a high-quality, branded coaching experience and contributing to client satisfaction and retention. The role requires weekend, evening, and holiday availability, and residency in listed U.S.

states or Canada. You will support multiple coaches, handle client inquiries, and help maintain consistent delivery

Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Must be a current resident of Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, Ontario, Manitoba, and BC (Vancouver).
• Deep-rooted passion for health and fitness with ability to translate goals into actionable steps.
• Athlete’s heart and teacher’s mind: want others to succeed and explain the why behind the what.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with empathetic communication.
• High EQ: read client struggles and provide the right support.
• Proactive problem solving: optimize client experience daily.
• Meticulous organizational habits: manage multiple client profiles and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assistant Coaching Delivery: provide tailored coaching as an extension of our coaches and manage client templates and protocols.
• Operational Excellence & Service Levels: adapt to coaches’ hours and rhythms and maintain brand identities.
• Commercial & Technical Support: manage client renewals/cancellations, identify upsell opportunities, and assist clients with the app onboarding.
