Job summary

Lenus is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Coach to support the North America coaching team. You will deliver tailored coaching, manage client interactions, and align with coaches’ templates and protocols to ensure quality and brand consistency.

Ideal candidates are available weekends/nights/holidays, fluent in English and Spanish, and possess strong organizational skills to handle multiple client profiles and schedules.

Qualifications

• Available to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Resident of listed US states or Canadian provinces.
• Passion for health and fitness with ability to motivate clients.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• High emotional intelligence and empathetic communication.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple profiles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality coaching as an extension of coaches.
• Execute end-to-end coaching tasks and apply protocols.
• Manage client inboxes daily and respond within SLAs.
• Maintain authentic coaching presence in client interactions.
• Adapt to coaches' hours and brand philosophies.
• Handle renewals, cancellations and upsell opportunities.
• Assist clients navigating the app and escalate when needed.
