Job summary

Prisma Health is seeking a finance professional to participate in contract negotiations and manage financial components of active contracts. You will help shape payer proposal strategies with senior leaders, develop relationships with stakeholders, and support forecasting and bond filings.

Ideal candidates have extensive financial analysis experience, with direct Managed Care exposure, and may leverage an MBA for healthcare settings. Remote work options may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Master's degree preferred.
• Five years of financial analysis experience including two years direct Managed Care experience.
• In lieu of the above, MBA and two years of healthcare experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Participates in contract negotiations and actively manages financial components of active contracts.
• Evaluates and provides input into the financial strategy for payer proposals with senior leadership.
• Develops and maintains productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Supports the financial planning process including annual and long-range forecasting and bond filings.
• Assists on managed care issues with external organizations and healthcare providers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
