Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine needs with open-ended questions.
• Provide product knowledge and make recommendations.
• Direct customers to appropriate products and handle price lookups.
• Process sales orders and special orders using POS systems.
• Maintain shelves, stock and store appearance; assist with loading.
• Notify regular customers about new products and promotions.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as needed.
