Job summary

TRIA Orthopedics is seeking a Hand Therapist to join our Hand Therapy team. The role provides direct patient care across multiple outpatient sites, focusing on continuity of care during leaves and planned time off. The Float HT will serve a primary region with assignments to St.

Paul, Woodbury, and Stillwater. The ideal candidate holds a doctorate, masters, or bachelor’s degree in occupational or physical therapy and Minnesota licensure, with NBCOT registration if OT.

Qualifications

• Licensure in Minnesota for Occupational or Physical Therapy.
• Evidence-based hand therapy practice.
• Proficient with medical data and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across multiple outpatient sites.
• Support staffing continuity during leaves and PTO absences.
• Float to three locations (St. Paul, Woodbury, Stillwater) within a defined region.
