Responsibilities include operating the POS and gas console, stocking merchandise, handling cash and payments, and ensuring a clean, safe store environment. The role supports guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English to communicate with customers.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions, coupons and food stamps, and make change.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to stock and rotate merchandise and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Prepare shakes, cones, sundaes, sodas and hand‑packed items.
• Operate POS and gas console; process transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves, dairy case and freezers; ensure product rotation.
• Maintain store safety, security and cleanliness; follow procedures.
• Complete time records accurately; perform other duties as assigned.
