Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in retail locations across the Richmond area. You will independently manage product placement, restock inventory, and support seasonal resets while collaborating with store teams to ensure quality displays.

You will use a handheld device to report activities, communicate with supervisors, and participate in training. A schedule of 5–16 hours per week with occasional weekend work is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a handheld device to access documents and information.
• Have access to Wi-Fi and internet.
• Have reliable transportation to travel to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory in and around the Hallmark department using a handheld device and communicate with your supervisor.
• Holiday support: assist with seasonal demand and extended hours around holidays and may include working actual holidays.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixtures, and reorganization of card departments, typically notified two weeks in advance for remodels.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers as needed within your territory.
