Excel Fitness is seeking a part-time Team Player to support club operations, member engagement, and daily maintenance. The role requires standing for long periods, excellent communication, and the ability to handle cash and POS data accurately.

The position involves assisting with membership promotions, maintaining a clean, safe environment, and ensuring adherence to company policies and state/federal laws. Shifts vary and may include mornings, evenings, weekends.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and AED certifications are required before working alone.
• Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers.

Responsabilidades

• Submit a Sub Availability Form upon hire and complete a new form at least seven days in advance if availability changes.
• Maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere; respond to shifts within 24 hours.
• Assist members, promote Excel Fitness memberships, and address infractions of policies.
• Audit and balance cash drawers daily and input member information into tablets and point of sale.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight if required.
• Participate in team meetings and adhere to operational procedures.
