Job summary

Wilderness Hotel and Resort in Sevierville, TN seeks a Shuttle Driver to transport guests between properties safely and cheerfully. You will assist guests on and off shuttles, keep vehicles clean, and handle lost & found items with professionalism.

Ideal candidates communicate well, follow policy, maintain a neat appearance, and consistently deliver friendly guest experiences across River Lodge, Stone Hill Lodge, Soaky Mountain Waterpark, Cabins, Villas, and Wyndham locations.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of resort policies and procedures.
• Ability to operate shuttle and assist guests.

Responsibilities

• Operates shuttle between properties to pick up and drop off guests.
• Able to assist guests on and off shuttles and communicate with all levels.
• Ensures shuttle is clean and manages lost & found items.
• Responds to front desk requests for guest pickups at multiple locations.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
