Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide safe, friendly transport for guests to local hotels, hospitals, casinos, and nearby destinations. You will assist with luggage, maintain logs, and help guests with mobility needs while upholding privacy and safety standards.

The role requires high school graduation or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background, MVR and drug screens. Training for wheelchair safety may be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check, MVR and drug screen required.
• Must be at least 21 years old for vehicle leasing.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Ability to read and write standard English.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to/from hotel, hospital, casino and local area in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner while following safe driving practices.
• Assist guests with luggage and maintain vehicle activity/logs.
• Learn and remember pickup/destination points; know property outlets, meeting rooms, and local attractions.
• Communicate courteously by phone, radio, and in person with guests and staff; greet guests promptly.
• Inspect vehicle before shift and report any issues; ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and assist with wheelchairs if required; HIPAA considerations apply.
