Job summary

The American Club in Kohler, WI is seeking a part-time Bellman to welcome guests, assist with arrival and departure, luggage, and valet services onsite. This role requires weekend availability, a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong communication skills. A $250 sign-on bonus is offered.

Shifts vary between early morning and late evening. Vaccination as a condition of employment may apply; eligibility for exemptions is described in policy documents.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Weekend availability required.
• Must be able to walk/stand for majority of shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with prompt, courteous service that exceeds expectations.
• Assist guests with arrival, departure, luggage, and vehicles.
• Valet parking vehicles.
• Drive guest shuttle throughout Kohler Campus.
• Identify guest and room numbers; analyze luggage delivery logistics.
• Maintain knowledge of on-site facilities, hours, and local attractions.
• Handle miscellaneous deliveries as requested by guests or hotel staff.
• Keep a clean and organized work area including common rooms and storage areas.
