The Courtyard by Marriott in Lancaster, PA, part of The High Companies, is seeking a Guest Services Representative on a part-time basis. You will greet guests, answer questions, and support arrivals and departures with a friendly, professional approach.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, assisting with local information, operating the switchboard, and processing cash transactions. Weekend and holiday availability is required; starting rate is $15.41/hr with a $1/hr weekend premium

As a Guest Services Representativefor High Hotels LTD., you are required to positively represent the hotel to the guest by responding courteously and efficiently to guest needs, acting as a source of information about the hotel and local area, and assisting guests during arrivals and departure. You will also be responsible for operating the switchboard and handling departmental accounting and financial transactions as they relate to this position.

We are seeking a Part-Time team member with flexible availability to work approximately 3 shifts a week between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays Required. Days will vary*

Weekends include a $1/hr. shift premium!

Starting Rate: $15.41/hr. Potential for increase is based on experience.
