Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, outgoing greeting to guests as they enter the restaurant, manage the waitlist and seat guests accordingly.
• Communicate with other staff to ensure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service.
• Maintain a tidy, clean, and organized restaurant environment.
• Assist servers with setting tables, food delivery, and clearing tables.
• Perform assigned side work tasks and efficiently use downtime.
• Maintain knowledge of operating hours, activities, and products offered outside of Food and Beverage.
