Job summary

Peddler’s Village is seeking part-time staff for the Guest Services Department at the Visitor and Event Center. You will assist guests in person and over the phone, sell gift cards, and support event orders and reservations.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling calls and emails, processing orders, operating registers, and stocking merchandise during Festivals and Events. Successful candidates are friendly, reliable, and capable of lifting 25 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be available on weekends, nights and some holidays.
• Able to lift 25+ pounds.
• Able to walk/stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer their questions in a friendly manner.
• Answer calls, voicemails, and emails professionally.
• Process online orders for pre-paid events and gift cards.
• Operate registers for Village General Store purchases and event purchases.
• Restock and organize Village General Store merchandise.
• Work during Festivals and Events (indoors or outdoors).
