The Umpqua Indian Development Corporation (UIDC) is seeking a Guest Service Associate to handle cashiering, deli prep, fueling, stocking, and maintaining a clean, sanitized store.

You will deliver friendly service, verify orders, process payments, and help drive sales while working in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and customer service experience are preferred, with a flexible schedule required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of office equipment like copy machine, fax, and computer terminal.

• Identify fuel types by octane and nozzle color.
• 18+ years old.
• Pass OLCC/Tobacco quiz.
• OLCC card required.
• Propane Dispensing Certificate after hire.
• Neat, clean appearance.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional guest service by understanding and developing guest needs.
• Works as a team member in a guest service culture focused on presenting merchandise and maximizing sales.
• Verifies orders with fuel lanes, inside the c-store, and at the deli counter.
• Accurately pumps fuel and propane, assists in locating merchandise, and prepares deli orders.
• Verifies, receives and processes payments from guests for fuel, goods and services, and deli items; handles receipts and authorizations; liaises with third party providers.
