Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with guests, vendors and team members in a positive, friendly manner.
• Basic math skills essential.
• Willingness to learn industry and product knowledge.
• Flexible schedule including rotating shifts.
• Maintain composure in stressful situations and make effective decisions.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional guest service by understanding and developing guest needs.
• Works as a team member in a guest service culture focused on presenting merchandise and maximizing sales.
• Verifies orders with fuel lanes, inside the store, and at the deli counter.
• Accurately pumps fuel and propane, assists in locating merchandise, and prepares deli orders.
• Processes payments from guests for fuel, goods, and deli items; uses POS to obtain authorizations, accepts cash, and provides receipts and change.
