Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Daylene's Host to deliver a beyond-expectation dining experience. You will be part of our leadership team, guiding and inspiring associates while maintaining a guest-first atmosphere that reflects our Promise to Lead with Love.

Role emphasizes friendly service, menu knowledge, and collaboration with teammates to create memorable experiences for guests across all resorts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests feel welcome with responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Remove used tableware between courses; clear and reset tables after guests leave.
• Greet guests, inform them of specials, provide menu tours, and recommend items thoughtfully.
• Participate as a team and uphold the Kalahari Promise daily.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seekinga Daylene's Host.In this role, you will provide a friendly, responsive service to create a beyond expectation dining experience for all guests.As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Remove used tableware between courses; clear and reset tables after guests leave.
• Greet guests, inform them of specials, provide menu tours, and recommend items you genuinely feel guests will enjoy and menu changes.
• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.

• Prior restaurant experience in a full-service restaurant or a background in the service industry.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
