Job summary

Altar'd State is seeking a Guest Lead to help deliver outstanding guest service and manage store operations in Cincinnati, OH. Reporting to Store Leadership, you will drive consistent guest experiences, uphold service standards, and model a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, maintaining merchandising standards, leading on-duty, and ensuring compliance with loss prevention and dress standards.

Qualifications

Must be at least 20 years old.
Previous retail experience preferred.
Physical ability to perform tasks (standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, squatting; lift up to 30 pounds).

Position Overview

Reporting to Store Leadership, the Guest Lead plays an important role in delivering and directing the activities required to achieve store goals. These activities include providing exceptional guest service, maintaining compelling visual presentations, ongoing associate development and effective operational compliance.

Qualifications

Must be at least 20 years of age
Previous retail experience preferred
Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently.
May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
