Job summary

Altar’d State is seeking a Guest Lead to support store leadership in delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining engaging visuals, and coaching associates. The role focuses on daily operations, guest interactions, and upholding brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position reports to Store Leadership and emphasizes teamwork, store presentation, and compliance with company policies while contributing to a welcoming, charitable, and community-driven shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.

Position Overview

Reporting to Store Leadership, the Guest Lead plays an important role in delivering and directing the activities required to achieve store goals.

These activities include providing exceptional guest service, maintaining compelling visual presentations, ongoing associate development and effective operational compliance.
