Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Guest Lead for our Bloomington, MN location featuring the Altar'd State brand. You will drive exceptional guest service, maintain compelling visuals, and lead store operations.

This role emphasizes coaching, accountability, teamwork, and brand representation while supporting mission-driven initiatives and associate development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
