Altar’d State in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Part-Time Kids Guest Lead (Keyholder) to support store leadership and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role emphasizes teamwork, merchandising, and adherence to brand standards.

You will help open/close procedures, coach associates, and ensure compelling visual displays while upholding loss prevention policies. Prior retail experience is a plus; must be 20 years or older and physically capable of lifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.

May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
