Job summary

Hyatt Princeton is seeking a friendly Restaurant Food Server to join our team on a part-time basis. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely delivery with accuracy, while maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Ideal candidates have strong guest-service skills and are comfortable using POS systems. Previous serving experience is a plus, but not required, and candidates must be flexible to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure correct presentation.
• Check back with guests and ensure satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and service areas.
• Assist with resetting tables and supporting teammates as needed.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams.
• Handle payment transactions and follow proper cash handling procedures.
