Job summary

CircusTrix, LLC is seeking part-time Crew Members for our park's Operations team. You will deliver a safe, engaging guest experience across multiple stations, from front desk to cafe and event support, while learning core park operations, safety, and teamwork.

As a Crew Member you’ll stand, move around the park, follow safety rules, and work with a friendly team to ensure guest satisfaction. The role starts at $17.25 per hour with part-time hours, onsite at the park location.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe and positive guest experience at all times.
• Follow park safety rules and operational procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Adapt to changing station assignments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, accountability, and professionalism during each shift.
• Actively supervise attractions to ensure guest safety (Court Monitor).
• Welcome guests and provide directional assistance (Greeter/Park Support).
• Lead birthday parties and group events (Party Host).
• Prepare party rooms and materials (Party Coordinator).
• Take and process guest orders using POS (Café FOH).
• Prepare food/beverages following brand standards (Café BOH).
• Greet and check in guests, assist with waivers and tickets (Front Desk).
• Complete onboarding and safety certifications (Park Training).
• Assist with in-park promotions and community events (Marketing Support).
