Job summary

CircusTrix, LLC is seeking a part-time Crew Member to join our Operations team at an on-site park location. You will work across multiple stations to deliver a safe, engaging guest experience and gain foundational skills in guest service, safety, teamwork, and accountability. You may be assigned to Court Monitor, Greeter, Party Host, Café FOH/BOH, Front Desk, and more.

Must be 16+ and available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and safety certifications provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe and positive guest experience at all times.
• Follow and enforce park safety rules and operational procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Adapt to changing business demands and station assignments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, accountability, and professionalism during each shift.
• Actively supervise attractions to ensure guest safety.
• Welcome guests and provide directional assistance.
• Lead birthday parties and group events from start to finish.
• Take and process guest orders accurately using POS systems.
• Greet and check in guests efficiently.
