Job summary

CircusTrix, LLC's Sky Zone Metairie park seeks a part-time Crew Member to deliver a safe, engaging guest experience across multiple stations. You’ll be trained across parks operations and work with a team to uphold safety, cleanliness, and high-energy service.

You may rotate through Court Monitor, Greeter, Café Front/Back of House, Front Desk, and event support, with flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays. No formal education required; high school students encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe and positive guest experience at all times.
• Follow and enforce park safety rules and operational procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Adapt to changing business demands and station assignments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, accountability, and professionalism during each shift.
• Actively supervise attractions to ensure guest safety (Court Monitor).
• Welcome guests and provide directional assistance (Greeter/Park Support).
• Lead birthday parties and group events from start to finish (Party Host).
• Prepare party rooms and materials prior to events (Party Coordinator).
• Take and process guest orders at cafe FOH with POS systems.
