Qualifications

• Must be able to provide excellent guest service and follow the five phases of The Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Ability to operate POS and gas console and handle transactions accurately.
• Strong communication in English and basic math for making change.
• Willingness to assist with stocking and maintaining clean store conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Perform shakes/malts and dip-side items preparation.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately, processing transactions.
• Stock shelves, freezers and dip cabinets; ensure freshness and order.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; follow policies and procedures.
• Assist with maintenance tasks and proper cash handling procedures.
