Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Guest Services Associate in Cincinnati, Ohio. This part-time role (25 hours or less per week) supports our five-phase Hi Five Guest Experience, helps guests, and keeps the store running smoothly during first, second, or third shifts.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, operating the POS and gas console, stocking and maintaining clean areas, handling cash, and following safety and policy procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to operate a Point of Sale (POS) system and gas console, handle cash and transactions.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and work in a refrigerated environment as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience by greeting Guests and ensuring the store is ready for Guests at all times.
• Prepare DipSide items and serve shakes, yogurt, sundaes, sodas, and other products.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately, process transactions, and manage cash drops as needed.
• Stock shelves, maintain clean displays, and monitor product freshness and rotation.
• Maintain store security, follow procedures for cash handling and safety policies.
• Maintain store and parking lot cleanliness and monitor equipment temperatures as required.
• Accurately complete time records and other required documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
