Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is hiring a Guest Services Associate in Ohio for a part-time role (25 hours or less per week). Pay ranges from $12.50 to $14.50 per hour, with shifts possible in 1st, 2nd or 3rd.

The position emphasizes excellent customer service, cash handling, and following company policies for safe operations. Responsibilities include greeting guests, preparing DipSide treats, operating POS and gas consoles, stocking and maintaining displays, and ensuring a clean, secure store

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to move and handle merchandise, lift up to 10 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• DipSide preparation: shakes, cones, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed items.
• Operate POS system and gas console, handle transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Stock shelves, coolers and displays; maintain clean and presentable dip cabinet and ice dispensers.
• Maintain store security and perform cash drop procedures as required.
• Keep store and parking lot clean, safe, and organized.
• Complete time records and required documents.
