Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Columbus, OH is seeking a part-time Guest Services Associate to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests with warmth. The role is up to 25 hours per week and may include 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts with a pay range of $12.50–$14.50 per hour.

The position requires strong English communication, reliable cash handling, and the ability to operate store equipment including the POS terminal and gas console. Prior customer service is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to operate a POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle coins, cash, checks, credit transactions, coupons and food stamps, recognize denominations and make change.
• Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment and to use the price book.
• Ability to tolerate cold temperatures and lift/move heavy items as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests with a warm, authentic hello.
• Prepare DipSide items and beverages as needed.
• Efficient operation of POS and gas console; process transactions and make change.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, presentable displays and equipment.
• Maintain store security and monitor for shoplifting and gas drive-offs.
• Keep store and parking lot clean and safe; monitor temperatures of refrigeration equipment.
• Accurately complete time records and the Customer First Document.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
