Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is hiring a Guest Services Associate in Bellevue, KY. The role focuses on delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience, greeting guests warmly and ensuring the store is welcoming and well-maintained.

You will handle shakes and treats, operate the POS and gas console, stock merchandise, and follow all policies and safety rules. The position is part-time (up to 25 hours/week) with shifts available on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Part-time schedule up to 25 hours per week on 1st/2nd/3rd shift.
• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience with guests.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and securely.
• Maintain clean, stocked store with proper product rotation.
• Follow company policies and handle cash with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests warmly and ensure an authentic Hi Five experience.
• Prepare DipSide items: shakes, sundaes, cones, and cups.
• Efficiently operate POS and manage gas sales and transactions.
• Keep shelves, freezers, and dip cabinets stocked and presentable.
• Monitor store security and cash drop procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operation of equipment.
• Complete time records and related documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
