Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a part-time Guest Services Associate in Cincinnati, OH. You will deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, greet Guests warmly, and assist with shake preparation, ice cream, and beverage service.

You will operate the POS and gas console, handle transactions, stock and rotate items, and help keep the store safe and clean. This role requires English proficiency and occasional shift work 1st-3rd.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to understand operating instructions for store equipment and to operate all store equipment.
• Ability to prepare DipSide items using supplies located in the dip cabinets.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions, coupons and food stamps, recognize denominations and make change.
• Ability to count and perform arithmetic to complete required records.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare DipSide items (shakes, sundaes, cones, sodas).
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately and securely.
• Stock shelves, displays, and dairy/freezer cases; rotate stock and check dates.
• Maintain store security and monitor cash handling with proper procedures.
• Keep the store and parking lot clean and safe; assist with maintenance tasks.
• Complete time records and Customer First Document accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
