Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Independence, KY is seeking a Guest Services Associate to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, greet guests warmly, and keep the store ready for customers during a part-time shift.

The role includes dip-side service, POS and gas-consol,e transactions, stocking, security awareness and timekeeping; part-time schedule up to 25 hours per week with 1st–3rd shifts; pay range $12.50–$14.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work at United Dairy Farmers.
• Part Time (25 hours or less per week).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift up to 21 pounds and work in cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests warmly and ensure the store is ready for Guests at all times.
• Prepare DipSide items such as shakes, sundaes, and ice cream products.
• Operate POS system and gas console, handle transactions and cash controls.
• Stock shelves, displays, and freezers; rotate stock and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain store security and proper cash drop procedures; follow tobacco/alcohol guidelines.
• Maintain safe, clean store and parking lot; monitor equipment temperatures.
• Complete time records and Customer First Document; perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Speak and understand English well enough to communicate with customers.
