Responsibilities

• Ensure Ted’s standard of service is given to every guest, every time
• Anticipate the guests needs
• Know our menu and be able to answer guest questions
• Know the Aloha system
• Be punctual and in full uniform for each shift
• Follow all Ted’s guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Follow the nueve steps of service at every table
• Ensure health and sanitation guidelines are followed
• Adhere to the buddy system and take responsibility for actions
• Ensure hot food is a priority
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times
• Declare all tips
• Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties
