• Anticipate guests' needs.
• Know the menu and be able to answer questions.
• Know the Aloha system.
• Be punctual and in full uniform for each shift.
• Follow all guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Follow the nine steps of service at every table.
• Ensure health and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Adhere to the buddy system and take responsibility for actions.
• Ensure hot food is a priority.
• Declare all tips.
• Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties.
