You will engage with guests, assess needs, and guide purchase decisions while facilitating seamless transactions and omnichannel options. This role emphasizes teamwork, inclusivity, and a welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proof of Right to Work and local regulatory requirements (EMEA note) may apply.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experiences with authentic product education.
• Engage with guests, assess needs, and offer customized solutions.
• Facilitate seamless transactions and omnichannel programs (e.g., BOPIS, ship from store).
• Move on the sales floor to engage guests and support store needs.
• Collaborate with team and store leadership to improve guest satisfaction.
