Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Guest Services Associate in Cincinnati, OH for part-time scheduling (25 hours or less per week). The role emphasizes the Hi Five Guest Experience, warm guest interaction, and accurate cash handling.

Responsibilities include shakes and dip-side item prep, POS/gas console operation, stock upkeep, safety, and daily reporting. Must be at least 16 years old and able to work varied shifts in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work at United Dairy Farmers.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and tolerate cold temperatures (–30°F to 33°F) as part of the dip and store duties.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests warmly and ensure the store is ready for Guests at all times.
• Prepare DipSide items: shakes, malts, ice cream cups/cones, sundaes and sodas.
• Efficient operation of the POS system and gas console; process transactions and handle payments.
• Stock shelves, displays and freezers; rotate stock and check for out-of-date items.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness; monitor equipment temperatures and perform light maintenance as needed.
• Complete time records and the Customer First Document accurately.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
