Riverside Casino & Golf Resort is seeking a Host/Cashier to welcome guests, operate POS terminals, and seat guests in the dining area. The role emphasizes exceptional guest service, accuracy with cash handling, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Maintain courteous and effective working relationships with others.
• Ability to work in a standing position for up to seven hours.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and greet with a positive first impression.
• Operate Micros terminal, collect payments, and make change.
• Maintain accuracy of cash drawer.
• Seat guests in appropriate sections.
• Provide exceptional guest service at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of outlet layout, menu items, and nightly features.
• Keep dining area neat and clean.
• Perform side-work duties.
• Report guest incidents to supervisor.
• Uphold high standards of personal appearance.
• Smile and make eye contact with guests.
• Adhere to all safety and company policies.
