Responsibilities

• Greeting our patients with exceptional customer service and hosting families by guiding their check in/out process and owning the waiting room atmosphere.
• Inviting, connecting, and partnering with our patients and families to help provide extraordinary patient care.
• Completing daily administrative tasks including reviewing provider schedules, prepping electronic charts, collecting demographics and insurance information, and keeping front desk organized.
• Filling in on the Patient Experience team and covering early access/urgent care as needed.
• Attending team development meetings and trainings throughout the year.
