Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and guide them through the front desk, game rentals, merchandise sales, and phone interactions.
• Process transactions accurately at the Front Desk.
• Assist with game rentals, gift cards, and maintaining front desk stock and cleanliness.
• Monitor wait times and inform Guests and Managers as needed; encourage return visits.
