Dave & Buster's in Fairfax, VA is hiring a Front Desk/Host to greet guests, guide them through game rentals, dining and merchandise, and ensure a positive first impression in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

You will stock menus and supplies, manage the front desk and host station, process transactions, assist other team members, and help keep the venue clean and welcoming at all times. English communication and a customer-focused attitude are essential; 16+ preferred.

Formación

• Experience in restaurant, retail, or cashier roles preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Friendly demeanor and reliable.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests and guide them through game rentals, dining and merchandise.
• Manage front desk, seating and wait times; assist with transactions.
• Stock menus, Power cards, gift cards and supplies; keep area clean.
• Assist other Team Members and communicate with Managers as needed.
