Job summary

Cicis is seeking a friendly part-time Guest Greeter in Gastonia, NC. You will warmly welcome guests, provide information, and help create a positive first impression. Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• On-the-job training provided; cashier or food service experience preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills to handle cash and make change.
• Clear verbal communication with a friendly, polite demeanor.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to obtain a local food handler's card if required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a friendly attitude and provide menu information.
• Enter orders into the POS system accurately.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and mobile payments and give correct change.
• Package takeout orders and verify accuracy.
• Maintain clean front counter and seating areas.
• Communicate guest requests to the kitchen team.
