Job summary

ASM Global in Brookshire Grocery Arena, Bossier City, LA, is seeking a part-time Guardian to provide friendly, responsive guest assistance and uphold venue policies. The role requires standing for extended periods and a flexible schedule for events.

You will distribute information, act as ticket taker/usher, and offer ADA services to guests with disabilities. Applicants must be 18+, and HS diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 1–3 months related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to pass background and reference checks.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide the primary level of guest assistance throughout the venue.
• Distribute venue information and updates to guests.
• Serve as ticket taker and/or usher distributing programs and escorting patrons to seats.
• Provide ADA services and information to guests with disabilities and the elderly.
• Report suspicious activity to your supervisor and coordinate with events staff.
• Maintain clear floors and aisles and project a confident, welcoming presence.
