ASM GLOBAL's Lake Charles Events Center is seeking outgoing Event Staff to welcome guests and ensure a positive experience. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, ideal for those with a strong customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, distributing venue information, providing ADA services, and supporting operations while upholding safety and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass background and reference checks.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide the primary level of guest assistance throughout the venue.
• Distribute venue information and updates to guests.
• Provide ADA services and information to guests with disabilities.
• Make people feel special and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Report to Event Supervisor in appropriate uniform and follow safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
