lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experience in our Boston store. You’ll share top-quality product education, connect with guests, and model the brand’s culture and community.

You will collaborate with team members to maintain presentation standards, support omnichannel programs, and help guests find the right products while upholding safety and a welcoming atmosphere. You’ll contribute to a vibrant store environment, participate in ongoing training, and enjoy

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Right to Work documentation (EMEA only is not applicable here)
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized solutions
• Provide product education and articulate value of products
• Run end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel programs
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues
