Responsibilities include onboarding clients, tracking progress, and developing referral sources, while maintaining dashboards and reports for leadership. Remote, 10–20 hours weekly, $30–$50/hour with performance bonuses.

• Salesforce experience is required.
• Comfortable communicating with healthcare professionals and salespeople.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Salesforce activity, opportunities, tasks and pipelines.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for management.
• Provide weekly summaries of opportunities and activity.
• Assist onboarding of coaching clients and ensure progress.
• Coordinate marketing materials and client requests using Canva.
• Maintain lead sources and support business development.
