The Donelson-Hermitage YMCA is hiring a Part-time Group Training Specialty Instructor to lead engaging fitness sessions for members. You will design programs, demonstrate techniques, and promote safety and motivation.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a current approved personal training certification, strong communication skills, a service-focused attitude, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Personal training experience is preferred.
