Job summary

All In Solutions seeks a part-time Group Facilitator for outpatient SUD treatment in Cherry Hill, NJ. This contractor role focuses on Saturday sessions from 8 AM to 12 PM, delivering psychoeducational and process groups to clients in recovery.

You will apply CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, maintain clinical documentation in accordance with state standards, and provide crisis support as needed to foster a safe, therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active state certification or licensure (e.g., CADC, LADC, LCSW, LPC) is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an SUD or behavioral health setting.
• Strong group management skills, deep understanding of the 12-step model and alternative recovery paths, and proficiency in EHR.

Responsibilities

• Lead psychoeducational and process groups for individuals in various stages of recovery from Substance Use Disorders.
• Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to foster a supportive and therapeutic environment.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical progress notes in compliance with state regulations and program standards.
• Provide immediate support and de-escalation for clients in distress.
