Job summary

Sevita’s REM Community Services in Minnesota is hiring part-time caregivers to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community settings.

You will help with daily living activities, build meaningful relationships, and promote independence while delivering compassionate, person-centered care. The role offers ongoing training and a supportive team environment, with a focus on growth and stability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants participate in the community and engage in favorite activities.
• Support participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
